Esotoracle: 'Hoogtepunten van het Seizoen'
We zijn erg trots op dit deck.
De tekeningen zijn van de hand van illustrator Inge Laan. Zij voorzag elke kaart van iets magisch, iets mysterieus. Zo zijn er nu vele verhalen te vertellen. Voor ons is het perfectie.
Het deck werd ook opgemerkt door The Esotoracle, het top Brits magazine op het gebied van 'mind, body
and spirit'. In hun oktobereditie 2022 plaatsten
ze een preview over het Kalat Cards deck.

We leven in een wereld waar steeds meer mensen zichzelf kwijtraken, HX Magazine wil dat contact weer herstellen. Dat doen ze ondermeer door prachtige acties en ze verloten deze winter 2023 drie van onze Kalat Cards decks onder de geïnteresseerden.

Winter is considered slow or a no depending on the other cards appearing. Spring is a yes or fast timing. The cards themselves are of good stock and approximately playing card size, making them quite mobile. There are some beautiful and striking oracular images such as a broken, partially flooded bridge in winter, a cup of dice in spring, a lightning strike in summer and a scarecrow in autumn.

They originate in the fictional world of Kalat and reflect the four seasons that occur there. There are 13 cards per season of spring, summer, autumn, and winter with time markers denoting the beginning, middle or end of each period.
The different seasons that may appear during a reading also give an indication of yes or no and how fast a situation may appear.
The accompanying booklet is full of detailed information with two pages dedicated to each card and a spreads section towards the back. There are also three extra cards and explanations for messages from those who have passed on. These cards seem innocent but do not pull any punches!
I recommend them for thinking through complicated situations in addition to their oracular value.
They have some similarity to the Lenormand system and can be applied to a seasonal grid for a reading resembling a grand tableau. #kalatcards #kalatworld #kalatcardsdeck

To be honest, the reading was amazing to see how the cards read in context like that. I was absorbing it all. And then my cell signal kept coming and going. I didn't want to miss a word!
